Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with XAB2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAB2-to-partner and partner-to-XAB2 results are reported.
