WWOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, CFDP1, and HSDL1. Each is linked with WWOX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWOX-to-partner and partner-to-WWOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
