Across TCGA cell cohorts, WWC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,205 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Hippo signaling, and Negative regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with WWC2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC2-to-partner and partner-to-WWC2 results are reported.
