Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWC2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,607 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hippo signaling, Regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with WWC2-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-WWC2-AS1 results are reported.
