Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WWC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WWC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher WWC2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WWC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UCS show a favorable association.

READ, CESC, and ESCA are the cancer types where WWC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
