WWC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WWC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, GAGE12J, and C20orf85. Each is linked with WWC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC1-to-partner and partner-to-WWC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 grouped by WWC1-low versus WWC1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
