WTIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WTIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,753 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WTIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, CALD1, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with WTIP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WTIP-to-partner and partner-to-WTIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WTIP versus RAB23 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WTIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WTIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
