Across TCGA cell cohorts, WTIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,404 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WTIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with WTIP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WTIP-to-partner and partner-to-WTIP results are reported.
