WTAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WTAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,577 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WTAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, VTA1, and MAP3K4. Each is linked with WTAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WTAP-to-partner and partner-to-WTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WTAP versus ARID1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
