Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 931 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLTP, SRPX, and ARRB1. Each is linked with WSCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD2-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WSCD2 versus PLTP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
