Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pS65, Di-Ras3, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with WSCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD2-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pS65 grouped by WSCD2-low versus WSCD2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
