Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,087 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSCD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of retinoic acid biosynthetic process, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with WSCD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD2-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of retinoic acid biosynthetic process grouped by WSCD2-low versus WSCD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
