WSCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PZP, CDCP2, and TAS2R7. Each is linked with WSCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSCD2-to-partner and partner-to-WSCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PZP grouped by WSCD2-low versus WSCD2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
