Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,832 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of postsynaptic membrane organization, Positive regulation of AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Positive regulation of SREBP signaling pathway. Each is linked with WSB2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB2-to-partner and partner-to-WSB2 results are reported.
