Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WSB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WSB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM196, DEFB108B, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with WSB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB2-to-partner and partner-to-WSB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM196 grouped by WSB2-low versus WSB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
