Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,870 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Protein localization to nuclear body, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with WRBP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRBP1-to-partner and partner-to-WRBP1 results are reported.
