WRAP53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WRAP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,803 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WRAP53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFAS, RIF1_S782, and RPA1. Each is linked with WRAP53 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WRAP53-to-partner and partner-to-WRAP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WRAP53 versus PFAS in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WRAP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→WRAP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
