Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT9A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT9A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WNT9A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT9A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, BRCA, and READ are the cancer types where WNT9A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
