WNT9A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOXF1-AS1, MIOX, and CCDC113. Each is linked with WNT9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT9A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT9A versus RHOXF1-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
