Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT9A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6882, DNAJC19P1, and RNA5SP319. Each is linked with WNT9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT9A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT9A results are reported.
