WNT7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,163 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC1, PROM2, and PPL. Each is linked with WNT7B in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
