Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3C2G, RBFOX2, and GRAP2. Each is linked with WNT7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7B-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
