Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT7A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT7A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher WNT7A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT7A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where WNT7A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
