WNT7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,638 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, PXN, and DAPK3. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT7A versus TLN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
