WNT7A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM214A, SLC5A1, and DHODH. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT7A versus FAM214A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
