WNT7A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IST1, MMP14, and NNMT. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT7A versus IST1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
