WNT7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by WNT7A-low versus WNT7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
