WNT7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,100 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Regulation of ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential, and Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with WNT7A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT7A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell-substrate junction assembly grouped by WNT7A-low versus WNT7A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
