WNT5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP7, MMP11, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with WNT5A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT5A versus FKBP7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
