WNT5A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,465 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT5A-AS1, ANTXR1, and TRBV19. Each is linked with WNT5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT5A versus WNT5A-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
