WNT5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, CDCA4, and ZWINT. Each is linked with WNT5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by WNT5A-low versus WNT5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
