Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,014 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Melanocyte proliferation, Primary heart field specification, and Regulation of protein kinase C activity. Each is linked with WNT5A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5A results are reported.
