WNT5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP5L, SGSM3, and L3MBTL2. Each is linked with WNT5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT5A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRP5L grouped by WNT5A-low versus WNT5A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
