WNT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,990 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBLN5, HDGFL3, and LTBP2. Each is linked with WNT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT4-to-partner and partner-to-WNT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT4 versus FBLN5 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
