Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,250 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCE1, FOXF2, and NCKAP5. Each is linked with WNT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT4-to-partner and partner-to-WNT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT4 versus PLCE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
