WNT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p70-S6K, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with WNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT4-to-partner and partner-to-WNT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by WNT4-low versus WNT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
