Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT3A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher WNT3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where WNT3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
