Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,074 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical Wnt signaling pathway involved in heart development, Embryonic placenta development, and Keratinocyte proliferation. Each is linked with WNT3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3A results are reported.
