Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WNT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, PRPH2, and NECAB1. Each is linked with WNT3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT3A versus RBFOX2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
