WNT3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR572, MIR182, and RNU7-52P. Each is linked with WNT3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR572 grouped by WNT3A-low versus WNT3A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
