WNT3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE11, KRTAP4-11, and KRTAP10-10. Each is linked with WNT3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT3A-to-partner and partner-to-WNT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE11 grouped by WNT3A-low versus WNT3A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
