WNT16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,312 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK11, PALLD, and ATM_T1885. Each is linked with WNT16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT16-to-partner and partner-to-WNT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WNT16 versus DOCK11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
