WNT16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS11, NUP35P2, and AKR1A1. Each is linked with WNT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT16-to-partner and partner-to-WNT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 grouped by WNT16-low versus WNT16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
