Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 990 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNT16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Negative regulation of endothelial cell proliferation. Each is linked with WNT16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNT16-to-partner and partner-to-WNT16 results are reported.
