Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WNT10B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WNT10B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher WNT10B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WNT10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

ESCA, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where WNT10B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
