WNK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,459 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOA1, ABCA2, and POLR1B. Each is linked with WNK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNK2-to-partner and partner-to-WNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOA1 grouped by WNK2-low versus WNK2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
