WNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNK1, RBBP8, and C1QBP. Each is linked with WNK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNK1-to-partner and partner-to-WNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNK1 grouped by WNK1-low versus WNK1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
