WNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, mTOR_pS2448, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with WNK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WNK1-to-partner and partner-to-WNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by WNK1-low versus WNK1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
