Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,261 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, SF3B3, and FMNL1_S184. Each is linked with WIZ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIZ-to-partner and partner-to-WIZ results are reported.
