WIZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,968 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB2, CKS2, and METTL5. Each is linked with WIZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIZ-to-partner and partner-to-WIZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMNB2 grouped by WIZ-low versus WIZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
